Synopsis
Brie has always felt with one in the darkness, she always knew she had a special talent to slip in and out of the shadows undetected which has helped her in the art of breaking and entering and stealing enough to pay back a loan she owes. When her sister, Jas, is sold to the Unseelie King in the land of Fae, Brie finds herself thrust into their world and doing the one thing she vowed to never do. Make a bargain with the Fae.
To get inside, Brie has to pose as a potential bride for the Seelie Prince, Ronan – who appears to be less of a stranger than she first thought.
She also eventually accepts help from a band of misfits led by the mysterious Finn, an Unseelie with his own secret agenda.
These Hollow Vows had been sat on my TBR for way too long. Its a beautiful tale full of suspense, romance, a love triangle I never knew I needed and heartbreak.
This book was amazing to read, I couldn’t put it down. Brie is an amazing character who cares dearly for her sister and will not let anything get in the way of saving her. Even her own heart. It’s a definite recommendation if you enjoyed A Court Of Thorns and Roses due to the similar themes and magical worlds.
This story made me smile, giggle but most of all, it absolutely broke my heart. I have honestly say this book will be a favorite of mine for many years down the road.
I can’t wait to read the next one!
